When you first receive your appbox access details via your ticket, you will need to login to the server panel and claim the server.
An appbox is deployed using an image, what you see available after claiming is what was available at the time the image was created, as such the appbox may not have the most recent aired content. Wait a bit until the appbox automatically runs a scheduled scan, to catch up on content.
Option 1 - Claiming using plex credentials
1.Login into the panel, you should be able to see your appbox and under it a claiming form as in the image below.
2.After removing any 2FA or PIN from your account, input your plex credentials in the panel then click on the “Claim” button.
Option 2 - Claiming using plex.tv claim token
1. Login into the panel, you should be able to see your appbox and under it a claiming form as in the image below.
2. Go to plex.tv/claim and copy your claim token, paste your claim token into the field then hit the claim button.
3. After you've clicked the claim button wait 30 seconds then navigate to app.plex.tv you should be able to see the pop-up from below.
4. It is very important to uncheck the “Allow me to access my media outside my home” that is checked by default.
Click on the Next button till you reach the Finish tab.
5. Now when you refresh the page, you should be able to see the appbox in the left.
6. Let us know that you've finished claiming the appbox in your ticket in order to mark it as claimed in order to be enrolled into the autoscan.
7. Your appbox is now claimed and all of the settings have been applied, please don't try to modify any library settings as those are pre-set by us.
You can modify the appbox name if you would like.
Also in the Settings you will see the “Remote Acces” having a red dot right to it complaining that it is “Not available outside your network”.
This is completely normal and you should ignore the red dot as the appbox is pre-set on our CDN.
Congratulations, you have finished claiming your appbox.
